Naegele's rule: due date = LMP + 280 days, adjusted for cycle length (+1 day per day over 28). Gestational age counts from the LMP, not conception (conception is around LMP + 14 days). Only about 4% of babies arrive exactly on the due date; most come within two weeks of it.
