Calorie Calculator

Calculate how many calories you burn per day (TDEE) and the targets for losing or gaining weight.

About the Calorie Calculator

BMR uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (10×weight + 6.25×height − 5×age + s, with s = +5 men, −161 women). TDEE multiplies BMR by an activity factor from 1.2 (sedentary) to 1.9 (very active). Losing roughly 0.5 kg per week needs about 500 kcal/day below TDEE.
